Bob Baird 


Bob has a lot of experience with composits. He has built a Goldwing ultralight, worked on a Mini-Max and owns a 1940 Rearwin Skyranger. He is now finishing up the Mini-Max in the chapter hangar and will start on 5 or more Bordom Fighters, with a group of chapter members.

 

 

Barney Ohare

Barney had forty bombing missions on Japanese installations in China during WWll in a B-24. On one of Barney’s missions his bomber was the only one to return.



 

Ralph Ballard 


 

 

Ralph has owned two Weedhopper ultralights, worked on a Volksplane and has a student Sport Pilot license.

 

He has 15 hours in an Aeronca Chief, 60 hours in PA-140s and about 75 hours in ultralights


Jim Coffman

Jim is building an RV-7 and has a Private Pilot cert.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Dick Haigh

 

Dick is flying the RV-6A that he built. He has owned an Ercoupe and a Beech.

 

 

 

 

Jim and Bev Thompson


 Jim and Bev have a Cherokee 140 and Chinook ultralight, and three projects, a Dyke Delta, Vari-Eze and 1940 Aeronca Cheif.

 

 

 

Jerry and Jerrid Burdue


Jerry and Jerrid are building a Boredom Fighter from scratch!

Dale Neddeau


Dale is well versed in many aviation subjects and has a 1940 Culver Cadet, a HighMax Light Sport, and a BD-4 project with a Corvair engine.

Tom Gahan


Tom is building a modified MiniMax with a VW 1600 engine. He hopes to put it on floats, since he lives on Cory Lake and owns a campground on Baer Lake.

 

 

Jim Martin


Jim and his Dad along with help from Ed Hawthorne, restored this PT-19.

Jim is restoring the Fisher Horizon that he built in the late 1990's
